SHIPPING POLICY
True Mobster ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 3pm GMT. Orders placed after 3pm GMT will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending on processing in-stock merchandise. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Deliveries occur Monday- Friday.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
True Mobster customers and their satisfaction is very important to us, we will gladly accept your return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of original order.
Items cannot be returned of exchanged after 21 the days.
Items must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.
